What is STARTUP Saturday ?

The organizers of THE Domain Conference bring you Startup Saturday which will be held on September 10, 2016 at the HYATT Regency Pier 66 in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The idea of the event came from the fact that so many potential Startups and small businesses are missing certain building blocks that will lead it to being a success.

We decided to bring in some of our incredible speakers from the conference to come over the weekend and teach you the key to their success!

Attendees from STARTUP Saturday will be guaranteed to leave with an idea or project that they can begin working on THAT DAY to help bolster their business or better cultivate their idea.

“Dropping Vwls Is So 2004: How .CLUB And Other New Domains Are A Smarter Branding Bet For Startups & Entrepreneurs Worldwide”

When FLICKR was founded in 2004 it was cool, and the missing vowel ensured that the .COM domain was available.  Today, there are far more relevant branding opportunities when it comes to choosing a domain. Using new domains like .CLUB gives business owners a chance to stand out from the crowd with a meaningful and memorable brand. Get an insider’s look at how .CLUB is being used around the world, and how you can use a great domain name to make your next venture a success.  Jeff will discuss the new domain extensions and how startups can use these “real word domain names” to grow businesses, build brands and launch new products and services.
